Vinci Cold Brew –  2019

We partnered up with Vinci Housewares to help design an express cold brew system that quickly and easily produces quality cold brew coffee. Using an electric approach to cold brew, we were able to eliminate the long wait of the traditional 18-24 hour cold brewing process. The Vinci Cold Brew is able to fully extract cold brew in as little as 5 minutes.

Using the system is easy. Fill the carafe with room-temperature water, add medium to coarse ground coffee to the filter, select your brew strength, and enjoy fully brewed cold brew coffee in a few minutes.

A modular cap system transitions the unit from brewing to storage. Once the coffee is finished brewing the top containing the electric components can be removed, stored, and replaced by the cap so that the the cold brew can be stored in the refrigerator.

Vinci Nitro Cold Brew –  2020

Following the success of the Vinci Cold Brew, Vinci approached us with a new product idea. In the world of coffee, nitro cold brewing has become a coffee drinker’s favorite because of the smooth, bold flavor and creamy mouthfeel. However, buying this delicious drink from your local coffee shop can really add up. We partnered up with Vinci to design and develop a system that allows coffee lovers to brew with nitro at the convenience of their own homes. The Vinci Nitro Cold Brew is constructed of high-quality, food-grade stainless steel and features a counterbalanced handle for easy one-handed dispensation.

Using the Vinci nitro Cold brew is easy. Simply add up to 1.1L of cold brew coffee, infuse with an N20 cartridge, shake and chill. Your Nitro Cold Brew is ready to be dispensed straight from the Mini Keg.
